airline partners

At Changi Airport Group, we view business as a partnership. Singapore’s ideal geographic location coupled with its liberal business and aviation policies provide a conducive environment for growth. The airport has won numerous awards, including the coveted IATA Eagle for outstanding performance in customer satisfaction, cost efficiency and continuous improvement.

A dynamic regional hub
As the leading hub in the Asia Pacific, we are well placed to help airlines take advantage of the region’s growing demand for air travel. Singapore has the best connectivity to the Southwest Pacific and Southeast Asia. And it continues to grow, spurred by Singapore’s growth potential and liberal aviation policies. Today more than 4,500 flights arrive and depart per week, with more than 80 international airlines making connections to 200 cities in 60 countries.

An attractive destination
Title events like the Formula One Singapore Grand Prix – the first ever night race in F1’s history and Youth Olympic Games 2010 are estimated to raise annual tourist arrivals to over 10 million. By 2015, Singapore aims to welcome 17 million tourists and nurture tourism into a key engine for the economy. The bulk of the increased traffic will come from Asia Pacific. Over the next few years a slew of projects will inject vibrancy into the city and enhance its appeal as a tourist destination. Top of the list are two Integrated Resorts, providing a mix of convention, entertainment and recreation facilities for business and leisure.

A strong partnership
At Changi Airport Group, success begins with strong partnerships. We believe in developing relationships based on collaboration and consultation, to better understand our airline partners' business needs. Supporting this is a dedicated team that studies trends and developments within the aviation industry to identify growth opportunities.

This close partnership with our business partners is the winning formula that has won 300 prestigious awards over the years. One of the most recognised is the International Air Transport Association (IATA)’s Eagle Award for outstanding performance in customer satisfaction, cost efficiency and continuous improvement.
