Changi Airport Group is committed to establish a robust hazard identification and reporting system that safeguards the safety of our people and business in every aspect of work. The online hazard reporting application is a voluntary reporting system that gives users an accessible and simple-to-use tool to submit hazard information.

Information provided by users is kept strictly confidential and will be used by the Aerodrome Safety Unit to enhance safety. No action shall be taken against any personnel who reports a safety concern unless it is due to an illegal act, gross negligence, a deliberate or wilful disregard of regulations or procedures.
