GST / tax refunds

Prior to check-in, if you wish to claim your Goods and Service Tax (GST) refunds for bulky goods (e.g. televisions sets) purchased in Singapore, please  proceed to the Customs GST Refund Inspection Counter located at the Departure Hall.

For application of GST refund for  hand-carried goods, please produce the GST claim forms and the goods for inspection by the Customs officer at the Customs GST Refund Inspection Counter located in the Departure Hall.

For GST/Tax refund, you may approach the ICA officer to get your customs verification. Only credit refund will be done at Seletar Airport.  You can then drop the verified claim form into the claim box located at the Departure Hall.
